The purpose of the Constantia Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary is to provide, first and foremost, physical, financial and moral support to the Constantia Fire Department during fires and all other emergencies. Also, to promote activities that will render aid to the people in our community that had loss or severely damaged their homes in a fire.

The ladies auxiliary officers are (from left to right) Sue LaVigne - Treasurer, Sue Rathbun- President, Arlene Raymond- Vice President, and Jackie Simonds- Secretary.

The Ladies Auxiliary completes their purpose every time they are called. It is a guarantee that whenever the firefighters of the Constantia Fire Department are called to duty, the auxiliary is there not only to make sure that we are supplied with the food and drink we need, but also the departments that come in aid to our call. This selfless act is one of great importance. Our firefighters would not be able to complete our duties and complete our mission without the aid of the ladies in the auxiliary.

They also aid us in times on non emergency. You will find that the ladies of the auxiliary work as hard if not harder to serve the public during our special events such as our annual field days and fall fest. Not to mention other community events such as our Halloween party, Christmas party, and Easter Basket party. The auxiliary also holds events independantly of the department, such as, pancake breakfasts and spaghetti dinners.

Our ladies auxiliary is a vital part of our department as an organization.
